Video export settings and troubleshooting
Understand MP4 and WebM support, output dimensions, sound and local export limits.
Choose the right dimensions
Square output is 1080 × 1080, portrait is 1080 × 1920, and landscape is 1920 × 1080. All use 60 frames per second. Choose the shape that matches your editing timeline before adjusting text size.
Check format support
MP4 requires a browser with H.264 encoding and, when sound is enabled, AAC encoding. WebM uses VP9 and Opus. The tool checks the current settings and offers supported formats. If neither is offered, try a recent browser or select Silent to test video-only support.
If generation seems slow
Rendering happens on your device. Keep the page open and watch the progress indicator. Try a shorter duration on slower hardware. Cancel returns you to the editor so you can revise the settings and retry.
If sound is missing
Choose Paper shuffle, Camera shutter, Film advance, Polaroid or Flash pop instead of No sound. Start preview playback with the play button so the browser can permit audio. Check device volume and the downloaded clip in your player. AAC output may include a small amount of encoder padding at the end.
Download and review
A completed export displays a download link. Save the file before closing the tab, then check it in your editing application. Browser storage saves settings rather than a permanent copy of the exported file.
What stays on your device
Your phrase, generated frames and encoding work remain in your browser. Paper assets are downloaded by the site. Saved settings depend on local storage and may disappear if browser data is cleared. Device serif fonts can change the exact letter shapes.
